Terms and Conditions
- Open to UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Shaftesbury PLC (the promoter) and their immediate families, the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
- Entries to the free prize draw must be submitted by Monday 19 October 6pm.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- The prize for one ’New York Look’ outfit, and is subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Shaftesbury Plc reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
- By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material relating to this prize draw.
- By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to the terms of the privacy policy. In addition, Shaftesbury PLC may pass your personal information to their data processors. However, we always demand that those parties adhere to the same security procedures that we follow ourselves.
- The winner will be the first entry forms drawn at random on Tuesday 20 October.
- Winners will be notified by email on Wednesday 21 October. Winners have five (5) working days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn.
- By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consents to taking part in promotional activities, and use on the Shaftesbury Group’s websites at any time.
- Shaftesbury’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Only one entry per person. Spammers will be disqualified.
- Shaftesbury PLC will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
- The promoter of the prize draw is Shaftesbury PLC, Pegasus House, 37/43 Sackville Street, London, W1S 3DL.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
